    Tuna Casserole

Every week, once a week, my grandmother would cook my favorite dish of all. Tuna casserole was my favorite growing up, because it was cheesy and I LOVED tuna. I recently got the recipe from her and I wanted to share the secret recipe with you. Prepare for a creamy cheese casserole that has a rich flavor to it. The Campbell’s soup is just the right ingredient to make the flavor powerful and pull this dish together. In our household we use Campbell’s soup for every thing! I can’t get enough of the cream of mushroom in my soups or the cheddar cheese soup.

    Step 1
    Mark as Complete

Start your pasta shells in a pot to boil.

    Step 2
    Mark as Complete

Saute the onions and celery in a large frying pan until golden brown, make sure they are finely chopped.

    Step 3
    Mark as Complete

Once you place a golden brown on the onions and celery, add your tuna, and two cans of Campbells Cheddar Cheese soup. Warm the two up and start to add in your cheese and seasoning to taste, Make sure your cheese is melted completely. Drain your pasta and add in your casserole mixture. My family serves this dish as is after it comes off of the stove top, but if you want a little crunch to the top you can add this mixture into a baking pan and pop in the oven at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
