Gluten Free Banana Bread
- 2 Cups Gluten- Free All purpose Baking Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup Trubinado Sugar
- 2 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 6 Ripe Bananas Mashed ( For extra flavor freeze your bananas until black)
- Preheat an Oven to 350 Degrees. Grease a 9x5 inch pan.
- In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients together then add your liquids and mushed bananas.
- Pour batter into your greased loaf pan.
- Bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Insert a tooth pick into the center, the loaf will be done once the tooth pick comes out clean.
