DIY Kool-Aid Lip Gloss
The kids are going to love this one, DIY Kool-Aid Lip Gloss! If you have a little girl at home she is going to love this! Have you ever made a pitcher of Kool-Aid for the kids, they sat down to drink it and their mouths are stained? Well, that’s kind of the idea with this DIY project. Kool-Aid is great for lip stains, lip gloss, and even dying hair.
For this DIY you’ll need:
Coconut Oil or Vaseline
For a Container:
You can find small containers at a dollar store. We used an empty kids water paint container. You can also use an empty altoids can! Be creative and have fun.
Take your coconut oil and place the small glob into the container. Melt the coconut oil until in an oil form then sprinkle in Kool-aid mix and stir. Leave to cool and you have colored lip gloss. Don’t leave your home made lipgloss in the sun or it’ll remelt! This is a great way to let your girls feel girly without being too grown up.
