Just in time for Saint Patrick’s Day! Try this delicious detox green smoothie for a healthy change in smoothies. Green smoothies will be your healthy twist on a shamrock green shake this weekend. Don’t let McDonald’s drag you in with their delicious looking milkshakes. Chia seeds are optional but highly recommended! I’ll be making this delicious shake again this weekend when I’m running in the gym.

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup Pineapple Chunks, Frozen
  • 1 Cup Spinach Leaves
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
