Slow Cooker Blueberry Cobbler
Back in 2012 my grandma bought me a slow cooker for Christmas. Well, I fell IN LOVE with it! Slow cookers are great for amazing recipes but with little work. All you have to do is load your ingredients into the slow cooker, Set it and forget it. Well along with the slow cooker she gave me a bunch of recipes that I have been using since! One of my favorite is a recipe for Slow cooker Blueberry Cobbler. This recipe is super easy and tastes great with a vanilla ice cream or whipped topping. So get ready for the best cobbler you’ve ever had !
- 6 Cups of Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
- 1 Can Regular Biscuits
- Mix together your blueberries, brown sugar, cinnamon, and corn starch in a large bowl. This combination once you start cooking is going to make a thick creamy blueberry sauce for your cobbler.
- Then take your can of regular biscuits and pop them open. Separate each piece and cut them into fourths.
- Place your blueberry mixture into your crock-pot and then overlay your cut biscuits on top.
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours to get a rich creamy fruit filling.
