5 Overnight Oats Recipes

Overnight Oats are the perfect snack for the mom on the run. I’m constantly trying to find ways to eat, I’m constantly running. Outside of running this amazing blog I’m working full time and about to start school again. One thing I don’t have time for is making breakfast. So what I’ve done is compiled together a list of my top 5 favorite overnight oats recipes for you. I hope you enjoy! Overnight Oats

Banana Bread Overnight Oats


1/2 mashed ripe banana
1/2 cup rolled or steel cut oats (regular or gluten free)
1/2 cup milk of choice
2 T chopped pecans or walnuts
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Dash of sea salt
1 T ground flax
2 tsp 100% pure maple syrup

Combine your ingredients and let them set over night for a recipe that will have you over excited in the morning. Think banana bread on the go but in a jar. SOOOO GOOD!

 Overnight Oats

Apple Cinnamon Walnut Overnight Oats


1 Apple, medium
1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 tbsp Maple syrup, pure
1/2 cup Oats, old fashioned
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1/8 tsp Sea salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1/4 cup Walnuts, raw

Combine together in a mason jar and wait until morning for your delicious treat.

French Toast Overnight Oats


1 cup quick cut oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup almond milk
whipped cream for topping

3/4 cup Blueberries, frozen fresh
1 1/2 cups Almond milk
1 tsp Honey
3/4 cup Oats, GF
1/2 tsp Vanilla

Peach Cobbler Overnight Oats

1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt or peach
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1-2 tsp packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup diced peaches
